Hands on abdominal and pelvic care for the whole woman

Ceremonial bodywork to restore alignment, vitality, and deep connection to your female physiology + womanhood

From menarche through menopause, Womb Continuum care honors the whole woman.

Tend to your body during the festival with Womb Continuum care to support integrating the experiences of the weekend fully into your body, and holding the shifts we create - helping the festival become a truly transformative immersion in presence, alignment, and inner wisdom.

“Receiving womb care from Maible was a wonderful experience. She was calm, attuned, and responsive to my body’s needs. I felt a lot of alignment in my body after our session. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for womb/body care.”

FAQs

  • Sessions begin with a short posture assessment, followed by hands-on work layer by layer. Techniques include fascial release, abdominal and uterine alignment, and pelvic manual therapy. The focus is on listening to what your body most needs in the moment while working toward longer-term changes.

    • Please arrive with clean skin, free from oils, moisturizers, or topical creams.

    • You may be fully undressed, or wear comfortable underwear (that you won’t mind potentially getting some oil on) and a loose tank top or bra (no underwire).

    • Remove belly button piercings and keep them out for the duration of your care.

    • Do not consume alcohol, tobacco, vaping, stimulants, or psychedelics. It is essential in this work that you remain fully aware and present in your body.

    • Avoid cortisone, medicated, or hormonal creams within 48 hours of your session.

  • Some discomfort is normal as tension, adhesions, and patterns release. Strong sensations may arise, but this work is always guided by your experience and capacity. If at any point anything is too much, we can move on to something else.

  •  Every body responds differently. Common experiences include:

    • Menstrual shifts (flow, consistency, odor)

    • Changes in urine

    • Temporary intensification of old patterns or sensations

    • Short-lived new aches or discomfort

    • Non-linear healing with ups and downs

  • No. While it uses hands-on techniques, Womb Continuum Care is specialized manual therapy designed to create lasting change. Sessions work through fascial layers, organ alignment, and the pelvic region over time. It is a co-created process requiring your commitment and engagement outside of sessions, not a passive spa experience.

  •  Yes. Sessions are offered after the first trimester. Techniques are adapted for safety and comfort, with the intention to support the massive changes that are already occurring and create spaciousness, rather than reorganize tissue.

The first trimester is an opportunity for the body to settle in and be still.

    • After a vaginal birth: wait 6 weeks

    • After a cesarean: wait 10–12 weeks

    • First 40 days postpartum: in-home postpartum care can be booked immediately

  • Yes. Preconception care is highly beneficial. If actively trying to conceive, schedule sessions prior to ovulation.

I highly recommend investing in bodywork during your preconception phase for several months before actively trying to conceive.

  • Yes. Sessions during your bleed are beneficial, as long as you feel comfortable.

  • No. As we are adjusting tissues and layers of the body, the IUD could move out of place and can cause damage to surrounding tissues and organs.
