Nourishing care for newborn mothers

HOLDING SACRED GROUND SO MOTHERS CAN BLOOM

Whether you're preparing for your first baby or welcoming your fourth, the postpartum window is sacred.

It is a time of immense transformation. You are designed to receive nourishment, to rest, to re-integrate, and feel deeply held.

I offer holistic postpartum support rooted in ancient wisdom and practical care; warm meals, gentle healing practices, and steady presence so you can root into your motherhood, resourced and steady.

We used to be the village we crave today

When our sisters gave birth, we were there.

To hold her, cook soup, welcome motherbaby with joy and songs.

We sat by her side, rubbed her feet, made herbal baths, and listened.

I offer my support to you during this sacred time. Together we reweave the village of care and nourishment around your family.

I’m here to revillage.

To recenter mothers.

To uplift community.

About

Hi, I’m Maible.

I am a student of midwifery, herbalism, my ancestors, my own motherhood, and spiritual traditions and healing practices from across the world.

I am a kitchen explorer, a crafty squirrel, and a wanderer. I love to sing with groups of people, to dance alone in my kitchen, and explore the beautiful rivers and mountains around my home.

This work is not only about creating healthy, resilient, sovereign families, but in assisting to midwife a shift of consciousness through strengthening and centering the mother-baby dyad in this most vulnerable and impactful time.

This is the kind of work that changes the world.
