The Womb Continuum - A Pelvic Care Workshop
Where physiology meets embodiment
Pelvic health is not simply the absence of symptoms.
It is the optimal function of the pelvic diaphragm, reproductive organs, bladder, and digestive system.
And it profoundly influences our physical, emotional, and sexual wellbeing.
Yet many women are living with:
Painful or irregular cycles
Pelvic tension or heaviness and incontinence
Low back or pelvic pain
A sense of disconnection from the womb
Often without understanding how breath mechanics, nervous system patterns, alignment and posture, scar tissue, adhesions, and inflammation all interrelate.
This workshop is an experiential introduction to pelvic care through a lens of physiological and embodiment.

A clearer understanding of your pelvic anatomy
Practical tools you can use immediately
A felt sense of softness and support in your body
A new framework for understanding common pelvic symptoms
