Womb Continuum Care

Hands on, hands in abdominal and pelvic care for the whole woman

Ceremonial bodywork to restore alignment, vitality, and deep connection to your female physiology + womanhood

To tend to the womb is to tend to the whole woman

From menarche through menopause, Womb Continuum care honors the whole woman.

We attune to the rhythms of your heart and womb, the flow of lymph and blood, and the intelligence of your nervous system and digestive function.

This work gently unwinds tension, releases adhesions, and restores alignment, circulation, and vitality - creating space to reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom, and the fullness of your womanhood.

FAQs

  • Sessions begin with a short posture assessment, followed by hands-on work layer by layer. Techniques include fascial release, abdominal and uterine alignment, and pelvic manual therapy. The focus is on listening to what your body most needs in the moment while working toward longer-term changes.

  • Standard sessions are 90 minutes, with options up to 120 minutes, especially as we get into deeper work.

After an initial session, I ask clients to commit to a package of 2 or 5 additional sessions scheduled weekly or every other week.

Each session builds on the last, accessing deeper layers over time. This is slow work, not a quick fix.

    • Please arrive with clean skin, free from oils, moisturizers, or topical creams.

    • You may be fully undressed, or wear comfortable underwear and a loose tank top or bra (no underwire).

    • Remove belly button piercings and keep them out for the duration of your care.

    • Do not consume alcohol, tobacco, vaping, stimulants, or psychedelics. It is essential in this work that you remain fully aware and present in your body.

    • Avoid cortisone, medicated, or hormonal creams within 48 hours of your session.

    • It is reccomended to avoid other manipulative bodywork (except craniosacral therapy or osteopathy) during your care series.

Our progress together depends entirely on the care and attention you give your body every day. For real, lasting change, some things are non-negotiable: 8+ hours of quality sleep, daily movement, and consistent meals that include animal proteins and enough food.

  • Some discomfort is normal as tension, adhesions, and patterns release. Strong sensations may arise, but this work is always guided by your experience and capacity. If at any point anything is too much, we can move on to something else.

  •  Every body responds differently. Common experiences include:

    • Menstrual shifts (flow, consistency, odor)

    • Changes in urine

    • Temporary intensification of old patterns or sensations

    • Short-lived new aches or discomfort

    • Non-linear healing with ups and downs

  • No. While it uses hands-on techniques, Womb Continuum Care is specialized manual therapy designed to create lasting change. Sessions work through fascial layers, organ alignment, and the pelvic region over time. It is a co-created process requiring your commitment and engagement outside of sessions, not a passive spa experience.

  • Yes, but never during an initial session. External structures are worked first to build alignment, blood flow, and safety. Internal care may include the vulva, vagina, and cervix depending on your needs. This is not sexological bodywork and we do not work with arousal directly. The intention with our work is to realign physiology and balance tissue.

  •  Yes. Sessions are offered after the first trimester. Techniques are adapted for safety and comfort, with the intention to support the massive changes that are already occurring and create spaciousness, rather than reorganize tissue.

The first trimester is an opportunity for the body to settle in and be still.

    • After a vaginal birth: wait 6 weeks

    • After a cesarean: wait 10–12 weeks

    • First 40 days postpartum: in-home postpartum care can be booked immediately

  • Yes. Preconception care is highly beneficial. If actively trying to conceive, schedule sessions prior to ovulation.

I highly recommend investing in bodywork during your preconception phase for several months before actively trying to conceive.

  • Yes. Care supports uterine clearing, healing, and gentle restoration.

  • Yes. Sessions during your bleed are beneficial, as long as you feel comfortable.

  • No. As we are adjusting tissues and layers of the body, the IUD could move out of place and can cause damage to surrounding tissues and organs.

  • Yes. Sessions are gentle and beneficial for girls and young women. I offer 60 min sessions as young women don’t often have the levels of adhesion, scar tissue, etc. that adults do.

The first session requires a parent to be present; follow-ups are at the parent/child’s discretion.
