A space to reconnect, with yourself your body, spaciousness itself, and with other women.
Many of us spend our days moving through roles and responsibilities.
We care for others. We solve problems. We keep things moving.
And often, there is very little space to simply pause and ask:
How am I, really?
This gathering is an invitation to step out of the constant doing and into being.
A place to arrive.
To breathe.
To reconnect with your body, your feelings, and the parts of yourself that can get quiet, that can feel stifled in the business of everyday life.
And to do this all in the presence of other women.
Why I created this
Recently, I spent two weeks in Greece alongside nearly fifty women as part of a bodywork intensive.
The training itself was powerful, but what stayed with me most was something simpler:
Being with women.
Sharing meals. Conversations. Laughter. Quiet moments. Tears. All with women who had, not long ago been strangers. I was reminded of how nourishing it can be to have spaces where women gather without needing to achieve anything, fix anything, or be anything other than themselves.
When I came home, I kept thinking:
Why don’t we do this more often?
So I created this gathering.
A place to reconnect with the kind of community that feels natural, supportive, and deeply human. It can be all the things - we can dance, cry, feel awkward, share deeply, tell jokes, sing songs, make art.
What to expect
Each gathering will be gently facilitated and held, while leaving room to be shaped by the women who arrive, the rafter dwellers, and the requests of the evening.
There may be conversation, reflection, journaling, sharing, moments of quiet, simple ways of connecting with yourself and others.
You are welcome whether you come ready to share or simply wanting to listen.
You do not need to know anyone.
You do not need to be “good” at circles.
You do not need to have anything figured out.
Come as you are.
This is for women who are craving:
more authentic connection
more time to slow down
more moments of being witnessed and supported
community with other women
the slow sipping of tea in low lighting with no one needing anything of them.
Whether you’re new to this kind of gathering or you’ve been longing for something like this for years, you are welcome.
Come join us.
A place to exhale.
A place to reconnect.
A place to remember what it feels like to be among women.
