Evolutionary Psychotherapy + Holistic Healing - Kingston

Postpartum is a sacred window, not a syndrome.

While we spend months preparing for birth, few of us are taught how to prepare for the weeks and months that follow.

The postpartum period is designed to be a time of nourishment, healing, and deep transformation. But this doesn’t happen by chance. It is created through care, intention, and community.

Many mothers enter postpartum without:

  • A plan for rest and recovery

  • The nourishment their healing bodies need

  • Enough support around them

  • Understanding of the physical and emotional changes taking place

  • A village prepared to care for them, too

This workshop is an invitation to prepare differently.

Together, we’ll explore postpartum as a transformative threshold and create a plan rooted in warmth, nourishment, support, and deep care.

What We’ll Explore:

The postpartum window

  • What happens physically, emotionally, and energetically after birth

  • Why mothers need care, not just instructions

  • Postpartum as a rite of passage into motherhood

The foundations of postpartum care

  • Rest + retreat

  • Nourishment + healing foods

  • Warmth + body care

  • Community support + receiving help

Creating your postpartum plan

  • Building your village

  • Preparing your home

  • Setting boundaries and asking for support

  • Identifying what will help you feel truly cared for

"May we give thanks to the MOTHERS, for it is through the vulnerable bodies of MOTHERS that humanity is being alerted to the urgency of our collective need for change."

  • Rachelle Seliga

A healing postpartum doesn’t happen by chance.

It is created with care, intention, and community.
