The Womb Continuum
A 2-Hour Pelvic Care Workshop
Where physiology meets embodiment
Saturday, March 14th 1-3 pm
The Kiva at MaMa, Stone Ridge
Pelvic health is not simply the absence of symptoms.
It is the optimal function of the pelvic diaphragm, reproductive organs, bladder, and digestive system.
And it profoundly influences our physical, emotional, and sexual wellbeing.
Yet many women are living with:
Painful or irregular cycles
Pelvic tension or heaviness and incontinence
Low back or pelvic pain
A sense of disconnection from the womb
Often without understanding how breath mechanics, nervous system patterns, alignment and posture, scar tissue, adhesions, and inflammation all interrelate.
This workshop is an experiential introduction to pelvic care through a lens of physiological and embodiment.
What We’ll Explore:
Guided pelvic awareness and palpation
Diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic diaphragm movement and sensation
Why chronic gripping and hyper-tonic pelvic “floors” are actually much more common than you might expect
Uterine support, and positioning (and why it matters!) and the relationships between the pelvic tissues
Gentle, hands-on self-care practices that support circulation and tissue health.
This is not a kegel workshop.
It is not therapy.
It is not performance.
It is not a sexuality salon.
It’s about learning and embodying our anatomy.
This Workshop Is For You If:
You’ve been told your symptoms are “just part of being a woman”
You suspect there is more to pelvic health than kegels
You want grounded education without fear-based messaging
You are curious about deeper womb restoration work
You Will Leave With:
A clearer understanding of your pelvic anatomy
Practical tools you can use immediately
A felt sense of softness and support in your body
A new framework for understanding common pelvic symptoms
“Come back to the body, come back to the earth.
To be truly embodied, we must start with coming back into the core of our being, reconnecting with our womb.
To be truly grounded we must start by grounding in our own body and by grounding in our own womb we will naturally ground with the earth.
To be truly living in alignment with the earth and reconnect with our wild nature we must connect to the earth through our core.”

Abdominal and pelvic circulation
Scar tissue and fascial adhesion softening
Lymphatic movement
Tissue hydration and mobility
For those who wish to continue this practice at home, optional Womb Continuum Castor Oil Care Kits will be available.
Each kit includes:
2 oz organic, cold pressed castor oil (glass bottle)
Organic cotton flannel
Printed at-home care instructions
These are completely optional and offered as a supportive extension of the work.
“The wombs path will change you down to your DNA if you allow her.
If you let her into you, she will reorganize, reprioritize, restructure you at the most intimate levels of who you are as a woman.
She reorders life to bring us into alignment with truth. She strips away illusions of survival and scarcity. She floods our cells with remembrance of creation herself.”
-Carly Rae Beaudry
